Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between your company and Intelus Technologies, a partnership firm (GSTIN 27AAJFI9718C1Z8), 401, Fourth Floor, Tridal Park Villa, Lendra Park, Ramdas Peth, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440010, which provides SuperOffice. By signing in you accept them for yourself and on behalf of your company. A signed quotation or agreement with Intelus takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

The service

SuperOffice turns your files into branded documents and keeps them for your company. Accounts are created by Intelus for a company; each account has the tools and the access end date Intelus sets. Access ends at the end of that day, Indian time, unless it is extended.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself — one account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload anything unlawful, defamatory or that you do not have the right to use.
• Do not try to reach another company's data, test or bypass our security, or overload the service.
• Do not copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell the company why.

Your content

Your company owns the files and documents it puts in SuperOffice. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for its accuracy — including prices, RERA and registration numbers — and for having the rights to the logos, photographs and plans you upload.

AI features

Reading a document and designing a logo use AI models. Their output can be wrong or incomplete, so check every document before you send it. A logo we design for you is yours to use, but we do not check whether it is free to register as a trademark — search before you file one. AI logo designs are limited to a daily number per company, which Intelus sets.

Fees

Fees, the billing period and GST are as set out in your quotation or invoice. If an invoice is not paid on time we may suspend access until it is.

Availability and backups

We work to keep SuperOffice available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless a separate agreement says so. Keep your own copy of important documents — every document can be downloaded as a PDF.

Trademarks and ownership

The SuperOffice software, its design and the Intelus name and logo belong to Intelus Technologies. "Intelus", "Intelus Technologies" and the Intelus logo are trademarks of Intelus Technologies and may not be used without written permission. SuperOffice at superoffice.in is a service of Intelus Technologies and is not affiliated with any other product or company that uses a similar name. The names and logos of companies using SuperOffice belong to those companies; other marks belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Intelus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your company paid for SuperOffice in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

Either side may end the service with notice as set out in your quotation, or immediately for a serious breach. When access ends, download what you need; a company's data is deleted within 30 days of its account being closed unless it asks us to keep it longer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
